The rector of Tbilisi State University, academician Jaba Samushia and the head of the Georgian branch Office of the Max Weber Foundation, Andreas Hilger, signed a Memorandum of Understanding for strengthening and promoting scientific and research activities.
The memorandum envisages the promotion of joint research and educational activities in the fields of mutual interest, for academic staff as well as for students, the encouragement of knowledge sharing through lectures, conferences, seminars or symposiums, the support of the publication of studying books, the implementation of short-term academic programs.
The meeting was attended by TSU Deputy Rector Erekle Astakhishvili, TSU Faculty of Law Deputy Dean Giorgi Dgebuadze, Professor Paata Turava and academic staff.
